The basis for production of sparkling wine Misal are our vineyards situated in the region of Višnjan Municipality. All vineyards have been planted on the red soil with usage of the most up-to-date technological procedures, carefully cultivated to give the best quality of grape. Technology of grape processing and production of base wines has been controlled and managed under the expert guidance in order to create high quality raw material for production of sparkling wines.

Sparkling wines are produced by the classic method, i.e. method in which the secondary fermentation proceeds in a bottle. All production processes from bottling to labeling have been automated.

The process of sparkling wine production begins in the vineyard, and takes us two and a half years to the final product.
