| TECHNOLOGIE | This sparkling wine is always produced from three different vintages. Each of them has a different production technology – long maceration of at least 7 days, oak aging of at least 6 months and fresh young Istrian Malvasia. After secondary fermentation it aged on yeasts for at least 10 years. |
