Overview
Pjenušci Peršurić d.o.o. operate in accordance with legal regulations that do not allow the sale of alcoholic beverages to people under the age of 18. The offered assortment is sold to physical and legal persons. Our offer is free and non-binding.
Transport damage
All goods are delivered in original carton packaging that reduces the risk of damage. You are not required to take over the goods if a damage occurs during transport (a bottle break or similar). In this case please immediately report the damage to the courier, who is obliged to issue a certificate of damage of the shipment, and let us know about it.
Returns and warranty
In the case of return of goods the buyer is obliged to submit a justified complaint within the prescribed time by e-mail: info@misal.hr or at the address: Pjenušci Peršurić d.o.o., Pršurići 5a, 52 463 Višnjan.
The buyer has the right to claim in the following cases:
- delivery of goods that aren’t ordered (no later than 7 days from the date of purchase)
- delivery of goods that are not of satisfactory quality (no later than 60 days from the date of purchase)
- delivery of goods that have a defect or damage that did not occur in transport (no later than 7 days from the date of purchase)
The seller is obliged to replace the product within 30 days from the date of receipt of the written complaint to the Buyer or to return the money.
Privacy and security
Pjenušci Peršurić d.o.o. will collect and keep only those customer information that is required for a successful completion of the order and delivery. It undertakes to protect the privacy of all the customers and the data collected, and it will not be disclosed to the third parties under any conditions. The Seller agrees to comply with the Customer Protection Policy.
